آدرس ` http://192.168.10.5` یک IP خصوصی (Private IP) است و به‌طور معمول صرفاً در شبکه داخلی سازمان قابل دسترسی است.
لطفاً بفرمایید سرویس `IForm.svc` از کجا فراخوانی میشود؟ در صورتی که فراخوانی سرویس از خارج از شبکه داخلی سازمان انجام میشود، طبیعتاً دسترسی مستقیم به این آدرس امکان‌پذیر نخواهد بود.
در این شرایط، لازم است زیرساخت دسترسی به نرم‌افزار پیام‌گستر از خارج شبکه داخلی بررسی و در صورت نیاز فراهم شود.
